Vision Synopsis:
Assist in reducing and limiting re-entry into the system. Assist with reintegration into the society.

Goals & Objectives:
Assist with rehabilitation
- To provide counsel & build relationships with outgoing inmates to prevent recidivism;
- To be an Advocate for the incarcerated in court;
- To introduce programs that will teach societal rules & regulations –
- E.g. respect, responsibility for actions; self-sufficiency;
- To introduce programs that will encourage responsibility for actions;
- Assist with reintegration into family and society
- To partner with the prison for a reintegration release program;
- To partner with businesses to secure jobs for first time offenders;
- To coordinate with VI Housing Authority to grant access to vacant property whereby illuminating homelessness;
- To establish partnership with EDC beneficiary to finance housing;
- To mandate appropriate placement into the trade school program;
- To encourage mentorship as a form of establishing responsibility and accountability;
- To focus on self as a positive contributor to society;
- To encourage self-sufficiency through classes.

A systematic response ensuring reduction, eliminating repetition, and preventing re-occurrence of homelessness. Provision & availability of services to the mentally ill.
Goals & Objectives:
- Daily Feeding and Hygiene Program
- To ensure no homeless person goes to sleep hungry;
- To coordinate with existing organizations and programs;
- To work in harmony with the community;
- To provide access to hygienic facility (bathrooms);
- To assist with clothing;
- To assist in having access to the program;
- To build strong, positive relationships to encourage trust;
- To develop acceptable standards of service.
Access to Healthcare
To secure a convenient location;

- To secure an unused government building;
- Independence and self-sufficiency
- Assist with self-care sufficiency
- Assist with finding and maintaining a job;
STT/STJ – After School Program

Service to children in a non-threatening environment that seeks to maximize their imagination, potential, & creativity.
Goals & Objectives:
Assist children in improving academically via individualized and whole-group instruction
- To encourage parents to collect/bring in report cards;
- To teach the value of pride
- Impart a respect for culture and the cultural norm that will seek to act as a transition from one generation to the other.
- Through lectures, performances, story-telling;
- Encourage physical, mental, and social health through extra-curricular activities.
- To teach self-discipline and build character;
- To encourage endurance through hiking, cycling, & swimming;
- To encourage self-sustenance through principles oh Home Economics;
- To encourage expression through arts and crafts.
- Enhance talents through inclusion of arts and the performing arts.
- To teach/learn the cultural dances, steel pan, and music;
- To encourage expression through, art, and dance.
- Encourage parental involvement in social & educational learning experiences.
- To utilize pillars of character for character development;
- To work with the revival of Parent University;
- To include ScreamFree Parenting into the After School Program.
